Okay, the Salmon Arm Fair is over for another year and I have the results of my part in it. Out of the 9 photographs I entered, one took an Honorable Mention ribbon. That is not quite as good as I had hoped it would be, but I am happy to have gotten at least something. I am grateful for the recognition that this ribbon gives. There were a lot of great photos there and not all can win. I have a lot on my plate just now, but am thinking I would like to join the Vernon Camera Club, maybe after Christmas, as I could likely learn a lot from other photographers there. At the least it would be nice to meet with "people of like mind".
